for Quality and Value (CQV)
CareGroup's Center for Quality and Value
(CQV) was created to help people within CareGroup and other healthcare providers
to achieve their mission of providing high-quality care. The CQV serves as a resource
for measuring and monitoring performance, quality, and outcomes for specific services,
procedures, and policies. The CQV's multidisciplinary staff of medical professionals,
statisticians, and other experts work with CareGroup hospitals, departments, physician
organizations, and others to gather and analyze data. They then use their results
to improve the systems and policies that affect our patients. The CQV's work has
contributed to many successful quality improvement projects to date in areas such
as such as emergency care, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, and cardiology.

HealthPoint is a hospital-affiliated, medically-based health and fitness
facility that combines exceptional quality with personal service. More

Occupational Health Network
The CareGroup Occupational
Health Network is the leading hospital-based occupational health network
in Massachusetts. Each of our sites is modified after the world-class
programs and services of New England Baptist and Mount Auburn Hospitals.
Our multi-site network provides a coordinated program. Because we have
clinics throughout Eastern Massachusetts, your employees can receive the
same outstanding quality of care close to home or work. Each center employs
the finest clinicians, including doctors, nurses, physical therapists,
occupational therapists, and other providers.
Provider Service Network (PSN)
The Provider Service Network (PSN) is an organization
dedicated to improving the quality and value of healthcare. Through the PSN, organizations
that are affiliated with CareGroup have access to the resources they need to make
consistent clinical decisions, manage risk, and establish the systems and programs
that serve patients best. The PSN also serves to unite all of CareGroup's hospitals,
physician groups, and other affiliated organizations so that they may negotiate
managed care contracts as a single, large group and set high standards for the
entire CareGroup network. The Medical Service Organization (MSO) provides administrative
and other practice management services to all members of the PSN. For more
